Thomas’s dedication to mastering his craft led him to earn a degree in audio production and music business, as well as a certificate in music composition from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
During his time there, he produced for artists across the United States, co-founded the band Let Them Eat Cake, and experimented with sound design by incorporating unconventional sources such as plastic bottles and viral TikTok audio clips.
He studied solo piano and chamber music under Dr. Eli Kalman, honed his composition skills with Dr. Ed Martin and Dr. John Mayrose, and refined his production abilities with Nathan Edwards.
From the quiet landscapes of Wisconsin to the buzzing networks of the global music scene, Thomas O Shea has carved out a path defined by creativity, precision, and a fearless approach to sound. Known for his crisp mixes, innovative sampling, and genre-blending style, Thomas is more than just a producer—he’s a musical storyteller who finds melodies in unexpected places.

A Musical Journey Across Continents
Born Yoon Young Hoon in South Korea and adopted by an Irish American family, Thomas’s journey to music began in the most unassuming of places: the church piano. As a child, he was captivated by the pianist during Sunday services, a fascination that sparked an early pursuit of music lessons and performances.
By age 6, he was learning piano; at 7, he began singing; by 13, he made his first beat; and at 14, he wrote his first song—setting in motion a career that would never look back.
