Family, Faith, and Music

Beyond his music, Robert’s story is also one of unwavering love and family. He married his wife, Jessica, in 2011, and together, they’ve built a strong and supportive foundation. A loving stepfather to Lauren and a proud father to Tylor—a U.S. Marine veteran—Robert brings the same depth of emotion found in his lyrics into his everyday life.

His songs are more than melodies—they are journal entries of a man who's lived through every verse he writes. In November 2021, Robert released a heartfelt holiday track titled “What Christmas Means To Me”, capturing the warmth and gratitude of the season.

Born on a U.S. Army base in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, Robert Bacon's journey into country music is as grounded and patriotic as his upbringing. Raised in a military family, Robert’s life was steeped in discipline, love for his country, and a strong sense of community—traits that continue to echo throughout his music.

Growing up on a humble Midwest farm, he was surrounded by the golden age of country radio. His earliest musical memories include the timeless tunes of George Jones, Loretta Lynn, The Oak Ridge Boys, and The Statler Brothers—artists whose storytelling would later shape his lyrical identity.

Influenced by Legends, Driven by Heart

While many artists struggle to find their unique voice, Robert found his through the emotionally rich music of Alan Jackson and George Strait. Their songs didn’t just play in the background—they became blueprints for his own craft. Their influence helped fuel Robert’s ambition to pursue a career that speaks to the American experience, love, hardship, and faith.

Robert's deep-rooted passion took him across the heartland, performing at fairs, festivals, and country venues from Kansas City to Kentucky and the music capital itself—Nashville. With each performance, he built a loyal fan base, one small-town show at a time.
