She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education, where she is researching how autistic students use technology to access learning in ways that empower them. Summer 2025 will bring the release of For the Record, a small, home-recorded EP made live in her bedroom with close friends. This lo-fi, authentic project captures the essence of collaboration and the simplicity of music made for the joy of it.
Looking ahead, Micae is set to release her debut full-length album, It All Looks A Little Different Now, in Spring 2026. The record will explore themes of feminism, justice, forgiveness, and love, blending her indie-folk roots with rock textures and country’s emotive storytelling.
