The Healing Through Music: "Farewell" was written just two weeks after the passing of your sister. What inspired you to turn such a deeply personal experience into a song?
It just wasn't just about the passing of my sister. It was also my message to my loved ones while I'm still here... Be well, be kind, be loved, be calm, be strong, be you.

Life’s Unexpected Lessons: The recurring phrase "Life is a funny thing" serves as a central theme throughout the song. What does that phrase mean to you personally?
As you get older in life, you realize that life is funny because it always throws you a curveball when you least expect it.
Redefining Strength: Many listeners have connected with the line, "Strength is a funny thing; it's not what you lift but the burdens you carry." Can you share the story behind that lyric?
Too many people associate strength with physical traits when it's really about our mental strength.

Creating the Heart of the Chorus: The chorus offers a powerful message: "Be Well, Be Kind, Be Loved, Be Calm, Be Strong, Be You." How did these words come together, and what do they represent for you?
They are the core of the song and the first words I came up with writing this song. It's what I want for everyone.
From Personal Loss to Universal Connection: Although "Farewell" was inspired by personal loss, the song feels universal. Was it important for you to create something that others could relate to in their own lives?
Absolutely, the song came out of grief, but I think it also has a positive life message.
Remembering Your Sister: Were there any particular memories of your sister that influenced the lyrics or emotional direction of the song?
It was really my sister's outlook on life, which was to be yourself no matter what.
Finding Balance Between Grief and Gratitude: The song balances grief, gratitude, and acceptance in a very natural way. How did you approach the songwriting process to achieve that emotional balance?
My approach for this song was to think about the things in life that come your way and how you deal with them.

When Listeners Share Their Stories: What has been the most meaningful response you've received from listeners since releasing "Farewell"?
When someone tells me it reminded them of their loved one. When songs make a connection with someone there is no better feeling.
A Lasting Goodbye: Looking back now, what do you hope listeners take away from "Farewell" and carry with them long after hearing the song?
Simply to be kinder and love more.
