Cuba: Where the Journey Began
Mattia's story took a dramatic turn during a life-changing trip to Cuba. There, surrounded by rich rhythms and tropical soul, he encountered a local Cuban producer, igniting a prolific phase in his life. In just a few months, they co-wrote and recorded over 60 demos, laying the foundation for a career that would soon span continents.
That burst of inspiration proved more than a fluke—it was the catalyst for everything to come. It revealed Mattia’s natural storytelling ability and emotional fluency in sound, qualities that have since defined his musical identity.
In a world where music knows no boundaries, Mattia Pironti stands as a shining example of how songs can be both personal and profoundly global. The Canadian singer-songwriter, now gaining international momentum, has lived a journey shaped by curiosity, compassion, and creativity. From the soulful streets of Cuba to the grand piazzas of Italy, the stages of Israel to the remote communities of Nunavik, Mattia Pironti is far more than a performer—he’s a musical citizen of the world.
Giving Back in Nunavik: Music with a Mission
In one of the most heartwarming chapters of his journey, Mattia travelled to Nunavik, a remote region of northern Quebec, where he worked with at-risk Inuit youth. Through music workshops, songwriting sessions, and community events, Mattia used his craft as a tool for healing, empowerment, and cultural connection.
This chapter speaks volumes about his character—his music is not just about artistry, but about impact.

The Voice of Israel: A Bold Leap into the Spotlight
Armed with a guitar and little more than courage, Mattia made his way to Israel, where fate intervened again. He became a surprise contestant on The Voice Israel, performing in a live audition that saw all four judges turn their chairs—a rare feat that affirmed his vocal depth and stage charisma.
Though his time in Israel was transformative, it wasn’t the final destination. Mattia felt the pull to return to Canada, not for fame, but for purpose.

Berklee College of Music: Honing the Craft
With talent and drive in tow, Mattia earned a scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, a training ground for some of the world’s top musicians. There, he immersed himself in songwriting, refining his lyrical instincts and expanding his musical vocabulary.
The Berklee experience not only sharpened his skills, but also opened doors to international collaborations, leading to his next adventure.

Italy, Colombia, and Mexico: The Street and the Studio
After Berklee, Mattia hit the streets—literally—bringing his music to bustling public squares across Italy. From Piazza Navona in Rome to Piazza San Marco in Venice and Piazza Duomo in Florence, he captivated crowds of up to 500 people with stripped-down, powerful performances that proved his stage presence wasn’t limited to television.
He then took his talents to Colombia and Mexico, working with fellow Berklee alumni Pepe Portilla and Sebastian Mejia. These international collaborations deepened his musical reach and emphasized the universal language of song.
2024 and Beyond: French Success and SiriusXM Recognition
Mattia’s steady climb reached a new high in 2024, as he released multiple singles that each garnered over 100,000 views on YouTube. These releases weren’t just numbers—they reflected real, growing global interest in his sound.
In early 2025, he unveiled his latest single, “Il N’est Pas Trop Tard”, a hauntingly beautiful French track that received airplay on SiriusXM’s Influence Franco—a major nod from Quebec’s influential music scene and a signal that Mattia Pironti has truly arrived.
Mattia Pironti’s music isn’t boxed into one genre or continent. It’s shaped by rhythm and empathy, sung in different languages, and rooted in experiences that few artists can claim. Whether serenading a Roman piazza, inspiring youth in Nunavik, or dazzling TV audiences in Tel Aviv, Mattia performs with one intention: to connect.
In a time when authenticity is rare, Mattia Pironti is offering something real. With his heart on his sleeve and his guitar always nearby, the world is starting to listen—and it won’t be long before his name is known everywhere.
